A mist collector configured to collect mist generated in processing of a workpiece includes: a rotary filter configured to catch the mist; a drive unit configured to drive the rotary filter in such a manner as to rotate about a rotation axis passing through the center of the rotary filter; and a housing including a tubular portion.
