An endoscopic treatment may include a sheath extending in a longitudinal direction, a distal end member having insulation and the distal end member provided at a distal end of the sheath and having a through-hole penetrating in the longitudinal direction. The treatment tool may further include an electrode having a first conduit extending in the longitudinal direction and the electrode being configured to advance and retract into the through-hole.
