An adjustable center mass weight apparatus includes a generally spherical, hollow core member, a grip handle, grooves, and incremental weight members, that saves space, equipment, and costs and facilitates safe usage thereof and additional strength training exercises. The core member is free of top and bottom spherical caps and defines a cavity therewithin, between top and bottom ends of the core member, for accommodating a user's hand and movements therewithin.
