A power tool includes a housing, a drive unit, and an impact mechanism. The drive unit is supported by the housing and includes a motor configured to drive rotation of an output shaft to provide a torque output. The impact mechanism is supported by the housing. The impact mechanism includes a camshaft, a first mass, a second mass, an anvil, and a spring. The camshaft receives the torque output from the drive unit.
