A puncture needle can comprise a puncture tip configured to pierce tissue, and a distal portion comprising an anchor portion and a curved puncture portion. The curved puncture portion can comprise a first end associated with the puncture tip and a second end coupled to the anchor portion, where the anchor portion comprises a portion distal of the curved puncture portion.
