Do you keep my case documents?
Uploaded files and results are available for up to 24 hours so you can change versions and download again. Each Office Action or patent is charged only once when delivered; new items are checked against your remaining quota. They are not kept as a case-document library.
Privacy policyWhat does the OA package contain?
It contains available cited patent PDFs, the citation list and a failure notice for unavailable citations. It does not download NPL full text or provide a legal determination.
What happens to non-patent literature?
NPL citations are extracted and listed for review. The papers, articles and other NPL documents themselves are not downloaded.
What happens when a cited patent is unavailable?
The citation remains visible and the package records a failure notice. Download the available files and check the unresolved reference separately.
