Dressings, systems, and methods for treating a tissue site are described herein. The dressing has a contact layer having a plurality of holes. The contact layer is configured to be positioned adjacent to the tissue site. The dressing also includes a cover layer having a first side configured to be positioned adjacent to the contact layer and a second side opposite the first side.
