Abstract
The present application relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising sulbactam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, avibactam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein unit dose ratio of said sulbactam or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and said avibactam or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is about 8:1 to about 4:1, unit dose of said sulbactam or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is about 1 g-4 g, and unit dose of said avibactam or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof…
