Abstract
A composition which contains Pediococcus inopinatus, a culture, a lysate, an extract or a fermented product thereof, or extracellular vesicles isolated therefrom as an active ingredient, and its uses are disclosed. The composition inhibits neuroinflammation, which is a cause of a degenerative brain disease, or reduces cell death caused by oxidative stress and Amyloid β accumulation. Therefore, the composition can be utilized as an agent for preventing, ameliorating or treating various degenerative brain diseases including Alzheimer's disease and stroke.…
