An artificial intelligence (AI)-based system and a method for adaptively executing tasks based on cost analysis and budgetary constraints, are disclosed. The AI-based system comprises a data obtaining subsystem, a cost estimating subsystem, a real-time cost monitoring subsystem, and an output generating subsystem.
