Abstract
An airtight cosmetic compact comprising a base assembly and a cover assembly that are pivotally and rotatably connected. The base assembly includes a base part and an inner tray with a reservoir for storing cosmetic products. The cover assembly comprises an outer cover, an inner cover, and a gasket. The inner cover is pivotally connected to the base assembly, and the outer cover is rotatably connected to both the inner cover and the base assembly. The gasket, attached to the inner cover, creates an airtight seal by abutting an upper rim of the inner tray when the compact is closed and locked.…
