Abstract
A closure assembly for a vial including a cap and a septum attached thereto. The septum includes a needle penetrable access portion. A seal member overlies the septum and includes a seal portion disposed in removably sealing relation to the access portion. An indicator member includes first and second segments detachably connected to one another, wherein the first segment is fixedly connected to the cap and movable therewith, concurrent to removal of said cap from the vial.…
