Abstract
A weightlifting assembly includes a wall mount bracket configured for mounting to a wall surface and a weightlifting rack assembly connected to the wall mount bracket. The weightlifting rack assembly may have various configurations, including a foldable weight rack assembly, a pull-up bar, a fixed weightlifting rack, a wall-mount weightlifting rack, or various other configurations. The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width of the wall mount bracket.…
