Abstract
A fluidic pump including at least three fluid-filled chambers, at least one fluidic path that crosses the at least three fluid-filled chambers, and at least one dedicated pressure controller. Each of the three fluid-filled chambers is separated into two parts by a flexible membrane, wherein fluid pumping is conducted through a peristaltic motion of the flexible membrane. The at least one dedicated pressure controller deflects the flexible membrane from a side opposite to the at least one fluidic path.…
