Plans and prices
Each signed-in account gets a free amount of patent PDFs; past that, each is charged from your credits. The pricing page shows the current amounts. Office Actions and other-language versions are paid per use from your credits: US$0.15 per citation-list Office Action, US$0.25 per full-text Office Action, and US$0.03 per other-language version that is found and delivered. Monthly is US$20 per month and includes an allowance in each subscription period, shown on the pricing page; past that, the per-use prices apply. Citation-list and full-text Office Actions share the included ones. New accounts receive US$3 in sign-up credits after verifying their email; see how credits work and when they expire. The pricing page always shows the current prices.
What is included in an Office Action
One Office Action covers analyzing the notice, downloading its available cited patents, the citation list and a notice for any cited document that could not be retrieved. Cited patents delivered with an Office Action are not charged again as separate patent lookups. Each Office Action or patent is charged once, when it is first delivered; downloading the same item again is not charged.
