What to upload
Upload a readable Office Action PDF from a supported source. The current flow accepts Office Action PDFs up to 25 MB.
What the workflow does
1. The service reads patent and non-patent citations from the Office Action and shows the references it could identify. 2. Review the cited patent, its country and the publication identifier. A citation that cannot be resolved remains a review item. 3. Download available original cited patent PDFs and English family publications with the citation list. Unavailable cited documents remain listed with a failure notice.
Google machine translations are external links only: open them on Google Patents; they cannot be selected or included in a download. DownloadPatent does not generate or download rebuilt text PDFs or DOCX files.
NPL means non-patent literature. NPL citations remain listed for review, but DownloadPatent does not download NPL full text. Verify citations and file completeness before using the package.
